It was very easy to assemble. We ordered two and it took 30 minutes to put them together. One of the chairs was missing a screw to adjust the backrest height and we are unable to contact the seller. They are very thin and I can say they probably won't last a year. They're also very narrow, barely fitting my hips, and there's no room in them to tuck my legs under me. The footrest is not stable and will most likely break after a few weeks. Don't buy this.

Pros: Easy assembly with clear instructions. 4 stars for comfort (see minus #2). The "footrest" seems to be fully extended in the right place. More leg support with my calves, which is good for not putting too much strain on my knees. Cons: #1 Missing parts to complete assembly. 3 of the 4 screws needed for the armrests were pre-installed, 1 was missing (see picture, the screw is loosened so you can see it in the picture). Very easy assembly! No fancy tools required, the instructions are basically just pictures, no reading required which made things a little harder for me, but it was still easy to make it harder! The massage pad is noisy from the user side, but none of my friends could hear it through my headset. (It might just be my headset, which was amazing). The chair had trouble keeping the seat upright. The included gas lift didn't seem to make it possible to keep the chair upright. So this would be a one star "I got it back" review. When I received the chair it was assembled and everyone loved it. Then I sat down and the chair wobbled a lot.
