Used once. I used it on a 2005 Mazda 3 with a 2.4 liter engine. The magnet does not hold well on the crankshaft pulley. But once I figured out how to position it, and with a friend's help, I was able to turn the crank and put the strap on pretty easily. I had to use it multiple times to fully tighten the belt, but each time it was easier - the belt was about 99% tight after the first try. I would definitely NOT buy the plastic version of this product. , there is no way to be strong enough. Take this metal version instead. Only he can withstand the pressure of the belt.
