I've only tried chocolate and vanilla flavors but both are good. First I started drinking it with water and some agave. Now that I'm used to it, I just drink it in half a liter of plain water. There is no benefit from agave because I will just drink it right after a hard workout. Sometimes I drink it as a breakfast smoothie. 1 scoop vanilla powder 1 ripe banana 1 cup rice milk or coconut milk 3 ice cubes or frozen mango chunks a pinch of pumpkin pie spice or 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1 ripe banana 1 cup rice milk or coconut milk a handful of frozen blueberries - blueberries really make something wonderful chocolate flavored I've heard soy protein is great for some people is not suitable and you may even develop an allergy to it. I'm not sure if that's true because I've never had it. I can tell you that Nutribiotic Rice Protein doesn't upset my stomach at all. I just ordered some pea protein for the first time so I'll mix them up and see what happens. almost make a paste. You can then add a lot more water to mix it evenly.
