I have been using this service from last 3 years to ship my products around the world.

It has never failed me in any way so far as their customer support team is excellent with quick response time and quality workmanship always done by them. Shipping costs could be cheaper but it's not like that. We use UCM only because we need best rate available at the moment without having to pay over-priced charges which other companies charge us when you try to compare rates between different freight forwarders/carriers.
