I saw a video online on how to do this so I bought it and tried it. So easy! Maybe it took 30-40 minutes from removing the old one to fully installing. I was lucky as my tailgate is slightly higher than the ground so I had enough room to work and didn't have to remove the door to install it. Find a help video - it's easy! The problem was that I needed a shorter one, so I really had to cut it out, and then I really had to cut more pieces for the grooves. It then took about 10 minutes of gently pressing everywhere to get it fully into the grooves with no gaps.
