Review on πŸ”§ Optimized Fuel Pump Module: Delphi FG0052 by Dustin Gabrielle

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Get this pump, not cheap, you can do it if you have mechanical skills.

Perfect replacement for my 99 LT Blazer. Much cheaper than what you can get at your local parts store. I ordered it through Revain Prime, a little more expensive than other sellers ($149) but faster shipping and more security. Does not come with fuel line clamps, either use old ones or order new ones. Also, no locking ring is included. My south truck was in the garage so my old one was fine. If you live somewhere with snow, ice, and salt, you probably need to replace yours. My original pump failed at 144,000 miles. Don't mess with cheap fuel pumps, you won't want to do the job again in a year or two. When everything falls apart as it should, it's a pretty easy task. Simply jack up the rear wheels, remove the spare wheel to make room, remove 2 electrical connectors, 2 fuel hoses at the rear and one in front of the tank, loosen the 2 straps that hold it in place once the tank fails , replace 1 electrical connectors (all included), then reassemble everything. Not as bad as I thought. Do yourself a favor and drain the gas after disconnecting the main filler hose, the tank is very light when empty. Change the fuel filter at the same time.
