I recommend this material. Has excellent adhesion. I think it should be slightly flexible but not brittle. I glued together some of my daughters broken ceramic pots after the movers ripped them to pieces. I colored the visible glue (glue white) a variety of colors including metallic gold. The pots look rock hard. Excess glue is difficult to remove before it has set because it is so thick and sticky. It's hard to take off after drying because there is still so much because it was very hard to take off before. Once cured, it can be scraped off with a fingernail, cloth, or piece of plastic. Holds well for about 10 minutes after applying the glue, but is not yet fully cured. A small area of glue will dry at the top of the tube and you will likely have to squeeze out 1/8 to 1/4 inch of this part to get any usable glue. Don't forget to screw the cap back on after use and the tube will still be in good condition even after a few months. I also taped my painted wood block numbers to the vinyl siding and it's holding up great.
