You bought an OEM Delco water pump belt tensioner thinking it was made in Canada or the USA which is listed in the product photo on the back of the product where Wheel bearing but China stands? Oh! I try to buy quality parts. If everything was made in Mexico, Canada, USA, Japan, Taiwan or South Korea I wouldn't have a problem. China is terrible for electronics like sensors and bearings, basically they make terribly cheap car parts. They usually don't last long. Automakers are doing a terrible thing by forcing China to produce their OEM parts.
