perfect fit and easy installation (with the right procedure)

All winter I've been thinking about how to attach the front passenger side window (in the US) to my daughter's Forester. The standard approaches you will see online are lengthy procedures that require removing the glass and regulator etc etc. I finally found this procedure which only allowed me to replace the motor: [.] I bought this Dorman motor and it was a perfect fit. This is a very easy task if you follow this procedure and have the right tools (#3 Phillips screwdriver and 1/4 spanner).
