Excellent YouTube vs. Paper Manual

Very accurate temperature control, never used autotune for PID control, no need to compensate control temperature. Just looked at the photos posted, sorry for the schematic, shows detailed wiring info on the controller for 2,3,4 wire RTDs, also the TA4 plastic mounting brackets aren't the best, they work on their own but not for the multiple use. Ideal cutout size for TA4, after installing the retaining brackets, apply some sealant to stay safe, replace TA4?, Cut out the sealant with a razor. Control, use 3-wire, preferably 4-wire depending on which thermometer wire is used. Determine if TA4 needs external jumper between pin 8 and 9 or you can see UUUUU on TA4 display even if you use thermometer resistance Pt100 sensor choose right parameter TA4 to use Pt100, different RTD- Sensors work in different degree ranges, ie. Software K, J, Cu50, ect and ALL PID controllers require correct pre-training selection. With RTD, ie; Pt100, J, K, Cu50, etc. TA4 with Pt100 can work with 1600 degree angle, very wide window/zoom, ie set the minimum display temperature TA4 to 50 degrees, max 250 degrees, smaller zoom range, more precise control. Not tested yet, excellent YouTube guide vs paper guide, detailed explanations and step-by-step guides, fixed paper guide too. 2-wire RTD Red wire - negative #7, White wire - positive #8 video tutorial
