I use 4 of these mats in my shed to keep sand stains from my dirt and gravel path on my newly renovated hardwood floors. Sand falls through the holes where it stays until I move the mats every few weeks and use a Black and Deck cordless blower to clean the carport. I'm not a very good housewife, so these rugs make my sweeping and vacuuming jobs easier. This leaves more time for the grandchildren to swing. I'm really good at that!
