GREAT for stripping thyme leaves etc!

I mainly use this for holes to separate thyme leaves from the stem, large hole for larger leaves like mint. It would be great if they had more holes of different sizes! Ha! I bought one of these on Kickstarter for a friend about 5 years ago. He uses it for butter. Understand! The box is beautiful and the knife is brand new, it makes a fun but stylish gift!
