I'm starting to write this after an hour or less of use. I came across this product after the loop on my Zagg case broke. The first impression is not bad. The keyboard isn't as tactile as the Zagg product, but my Zagg also double-typed a lot and this keyboard didn't. I have a BIG complaint about one key in particular: the backspace key. They made the backspace so incredibly small! This is the key that many people use and press often when they need to quickly remove something. However, in this case, the backspace key is as small as the smallest keys on the keyboard! Typically, the backspace keys are slightly larger to make them easier to press. I'm certainly not happy with the backspace key. See picture Unfortunately, this market for iPad keyboards that make your iPad more laptop-like is not as developed as I would like it to be. For that reason, based on my first impressions, this product is still a pretty good solution (despite the bad return key which is driving me crazy after a while with the product). Update: While the product isn't perfect, the customer service was excellent. They really want to make sure their customers are happy. I am very grateful for that
