I like the idea but it doesn't stand still

I saw this on the tundra forum and decided to give it a try. I don't know if I received a return from Revain. The inner bag was pushed in and burst. Also, one of the tabs on the clip was bent. Installed on the video but mine doesn't hold up. As soon as you put the phone's weight in, it starts to come out. Should we use double-sided tape? Update: Angela from 3W has helped with a new clip. Upgrade for excellent customer service. Hope it lasts better if I swap it out.
