Waste of money best in my review

This product was a complete waste of money. despite the high price tag the heat lamps were completely unreliable and didn't heat up properly. The only positive aspect was that the company`s customer service responded quickly to my complaints. Unfortunately, their solution was to send me a replacement pack that didn't work any better. I wouldn't recommend this brand for anyone looking for quality pet supplies..
