Review on PLA Filament for 3D Printing: Quality Additive Manufacturing Products and Supplies by Trey Harvey

Red PLA from Filament Hub delivers excellent print quality, super clarity and clarity. I have found that this requires a slightly higher temperature than most PLAs. The coil was carefully coiled and placed in a silica gel vacuum bag. Apart from the temperature adjustment (+10°C), this filament does not require any special handling to achieve excellent printing results. Made in India (found on the website, not the box). SETTINGS: * Printer: Ender 5 Pro * Nozzle Temperature: 210°C * Layer Temperature: 50°C * Table Material: Standard Build Plate * Speed: 50mm/s * Nozzle: 0.4mm * Layer: 0.2mm . COLOUR: A uniquely vibrant shade of red with hints of orange. What is special are the tiny dark spots on the thread. The blemishes are very subtle and not visible in my photos, but they are there and give this PLA a very special quality. Semi-gloss finish. RESULTS: This PLA performs well above average with exceptionally clean layers and overall print quality. Adhesion to the bed was excellent. FINAL VERDICT: High quality PLA with a fun touch of red base PLA.
