steps will be installed in place of the original Kwikee steps that were bent sufficiently for the replacement. Everything was compatible with the connectors and they actually look a little thicker in metal than the original. The ONLY issue I had was the mounting holes were a long way from the old steps which LOOK the same but I marked the new ones then drilled holes in the new ones and bolted the steps, plugged in the cable and that was it it. was functional. The old stages were the same Kwikee model but probably at least 10 years older. But it's nice to have good functional steps for the camper again.
