I've never used a label printer since I was young and could only afford an old clicker. My wife bought a DYMO 160 for her home on sale at Home Depot and we love it. Being pretty good at woodworking and metalworking, I decided to buy a Rhino 5200 and, as they say, go all out :) I really like this big baby. It can do pretty much everything I can dream up and then some. So far I've used it to label the electrical panels of my home and store, I use it to label audio cables for my stereos and home theater and generally organize everything around the house and store. I'm a fan of tools, so having this even for relatively limited use isn't a problem for me. Results count. Now everything is much easier to find in the store, in the tool shed and at home. Using the labeler is a little tricky, but with practice I can now do almost anything with it. Not as intuitive as the DYMO 160, but we're not comparing apples to apples either. The Rhino 5200 can do a lot more, so it makes sense that it's more difficult to use. The instructions are easy to follow and everything you need to learn is there. I wish they had different manuals for each language instead of having multiple languages on each site. A small complaint, of course, compared to how much I love this device. The screen is easy to read and backlit too, the device feels great. in your hand and it's quite logically designed to be used. I would highly recommend this to any pro who needs it and any instrument lover who wants to get their hands on a great LB.
