The platform makes my life easier as I can reach out to customers from different countries who have questions or issues with their products. It has saved me time in being able to respond quickly to them. There are many features that could be improved such as better analytics reporting and more customization options. Currently there isn't much of an incentive for companies like mine to use this service over other platforms.
