I was a little wary of buying refurbished ones, but I've made purchases from Apple before. This laptop has been certified by Revain and carries a label stating that it has been refurbished by the Fedex supply chain to Dell's specifications. I re-uploaded the OS with a new build anyway because that's how I drive. Everything went smoothly. I had an extra 16GB flash drive which luckily was the right RAM and now I have a great little machine for less than $400. I use the physical card token for some work related stuff and this laptop has it. It really was everything I needed at a fantastic price. There are some very light signs of wear but nothing major unless you do a thorough inspection. Overall above expectations, if I need another laptop I will definitely order a repair through Rack-IT Solutions.
