Not everything will be like the picture

As this is a natural part I should have known that they wouldn't all be like the picture. Mine arrived with branches rolled up instead of spread out and the birds can't even sit in two parts - just the one part attached to the cage. The only thing the rotated parts are used for is catching bird droppings while they sit on the fixed part.
