These are the best steak knives. hands down I am a knife lover and carpenter. Therefore, these classic steak knives with wooden handles are my favorite. There's something heartwarming and familiar about using a wood-handled steak knife, and in the world of wood-handled steak knives, this is the best dog. Sharp and easy to sharpen. The handles are very comfortable. Of course, the only downside to wooden grips is that dirt and debris can get into the grips, so you need to wash and maintain them thoroughly. This set was actually purchased to replace/add to the set my mum got for her wedding 35 years ago! A few were lost so she only has 2 left but these 2 are in excellent condition for their age. One had a broken tip but I was able to easily reshape the tip and sharpen the knife and it's like new now! I can even get her a new pen! Anyway, short. This is the gold standard for steak knives. Just get them.
