Review on Cordiant Comfort 2 195/65 R15 95H summer by Adam Nowak ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Well done, but I won't buy any more.

After considering the feedback, I made the decision to try Cordiants. At first inspection, their writing makes it seem like it was not done very properly; any unworked lumps are immediately noticeable. Vehicle Toyota Prius 30, original equipment tires 215/50/r17, but profiled at 55th. I went with Cordiant 205/60/r16 to soften the ride in the summer. Extremely gentle rubber is used. However, it's really loud! It operates silently up to 40 km/h but starts making noise after that. The noise from this rubber is extremely loud, and Primus is already not very quiet (I am noisy). I can't even put my finger on it; it's not a rumble so much as a noise, like the breadth of the rubber is a 280 or something. When traveling at speeds greater than 100 km/h on the highway, there is no audible increase. I wore shoes purchased from a reputable tire store, yet I still felt vibrations on the track. I drove 1 500 kilometers in temperatures ranging from 5 to 15 degrees Celsius; summertime should be interesting to see how things unfold.

Pros
  • Gentle and tolerably cozy.
Cons
  • Expendable, and poorly constructed, causing noise. Balancing.
