
This product is quick to set up and I was able to start scanning in minutes. The quality of the scans is good considering I'm trying to salvage slides and negatives that are up to 50 years old. Make sure you clean the lens (which is a bit tricky) and the film regularly to avoid dust. Any images I want to print or repair can be created in Photoshop. It's a basic unit and there aren't any adjustments other than flipping or rotating the image, but it's fast. Scanning and saving takes seconds. I would love to be able to adjust the angle of view and control the exposure, but for the money you can't beat it.
