There are pros and cons, think before buying.

Got pros:
Even with water, it has a pleasant taste. The digestive system is in good shape. At this point, I am unable to remark on the effectiveness.
I was sent a jar that did not have a lid or any other covering on it. As a result, going to skupvey is not something I would recommend doing. Ru.
