Template not included. I took a small clear piece of plastic, placed it over the fin holes, drilled pilot holes and used them as a template. These fins are approximately 10 inches long and then curved down and in with a beautiful satin finish. Includes 12 sheet metal screws that mount behind the diffuser to hold the fins in place after the holes are drilled. good mod
