On heavily faded plastic. I mean HIGHLY EXTRACT, there is no product that will return the black color to the plastic. I noticed that only a small portion of the plastic on my 2004 F150 was badly faded, so I used a primer + black spray paint on those areas. This product is great for plastic mesh, mirrors, body armor in the cockpit and landing area and it will last a long time! The car survived 4 washes in an intensive wash, there is no fading or damage to the goods. It takes VERY little product to fix the black plastic so I have more than 2/3 of a bottle left when I need it. I recommend first cleaning the area to be treated with 95% alcohol, waiting for it to dry and repeating the process. After drying, wipe off and leave on for a day. Once it was in I used a microfiber cloth and gently wiped it over and it came out looking brand new. If you use too much product it will look like this after drying so don't let it build up. I also recommend not using anything other than good quality rubber gloves (excellent ones included). Your hands will turn black if you try this without gloves. Good product!
