Good Price + Good Quality = Excellent Value

You will need some siliconized plumbers caulk for connecting the drain to the sink. The rest is all there. Faucet valves and controls work very well. I had to remove the trap to remove the old drain fittings, but it went right back in with the new fittings. Figure about an hour of work or so. Don't rush it.

The lift rod drain stopper saves time and prevents unnecessary water usage

Doesn't provide enough water for larger sinks
