Review on DB Electrical AND0254 121000 3710 1 2381 01ND by Brandon Reid

Bought for my son who is with the USCG in Kodiak El. A few weeks after installation, the generator started making noise. Shortly thereafter he melted down a positive post and apparently failed. I contacted the manufacturer (DB Electrical) through Revain, they emailed back and asked me to call them. I called DB Electrical only to be told I would need to contact Revain as Revain will cover the warranty. I called Revain, Nathon at Revain said they had no warranty and I would have to contact the manufacturer, DB Electrical. Wow what a mess, I would have disputed the charge on my credit card but Nathon from Revain said they would terminate my account if I did.
