CHECK THE CONNECTIONS ON YOUR ORIGINAL PART BEFORE PURCHASING THIS! Although my star rating might be a bit unfair as I can't really tell how well it works. I bought it because it was listed on Dorman's own website as a suitable replacement part for my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country LXi. When I pulled out the faulty fan motor resistor I noticed they looked different but I just thought it was because it's not an OEM replacement. It wasn't until I tried plugging it into the harness connectors that I realized something was wrong. So I give it two stars for the annoyance and for misinforming that this is the right part. The weird thing is this is the correct part: PartsSquare HVAC, Fan Motor Resistor 4885482AC JA1623 4P1490 973517 (shown), https://smile. amazon.com/gp/product/B00VUUPNB0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 shows that it is not suitable for my computer. Again, I highly recommend pulling the original and checking the connections before buying a replacement. Please note that it is very easy to replace a defective fan motor resistor. There are several videos on YouTube and elsewhere and it took me less than 15 minutes to complete them (both the first time I had to return the defective original part and the next time I replaced it with the correct part) . Just make sure you have the right part first.
