Our stairs look great!
They were very easy to work with and allowed us to cut the new steps accurately. Some of the angles were less than 1% and I could never reproduce them without a template. My only possible criticism is that the metal plates are lower than most stair treads. As a result, some sections of the stair had a larger angle than they actually were (due to the deformed ledge) and they had to be adjusted with multiple cuts. All in all it was a small problem. The tool itself worked great!
