Easy to set up and no problems with Alexa communications with the device. I will be buying another soon. edited a couple months later. The device died from a power outage. It shows power is on but none of the outlets will work and it will no longer connect to the internet. I still love this product and ordered another one. One major hiccup, I contacted Geeni support via their "chat" connection on their website. The next day I get a call from the same help desk area but this time around they try to scam me with "they owe me $499.00 . and need me to install ultraviewer on my computer. BIG TIME SCAM . DO NOT USE THEIR HELP DESK.
