Waste of money best in my review

I bought this and didn't need to use it for three months only to find out that it didn't work. I don't know what the problem is, either the batteries or the charger. The batteries were on the charger long enough but the batteries are not charged. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until it was too late to return it. Waste of money!
