Even a novice winemaker will figure it out
Firstly, my order was delivered to me in no time. I'd rather have a padded storage box than the "neat" bag that other vendors offer. It's a glass instrument and it's nice to know I can keep it safe. Further instructions were clear even to a beginner. They also send you a conversion chart that measures your specific gravity and tells you the sugar and brick content. Saved me from having to take my shoes off to do my own math.
