I bought this copier to replace our Xerox copier that had a controller problem. The new Spartan Duplicator is here and it looks stylish. I took it out of the box, plugged it in as a standalone device, and let it run. Everything seemed fine except that the third target disk is not available as either a target or a master disk. I tried different configurations and finally decided to read the user manual. but in vain! I'm currently trying to find Spartan Duplicators but they don't have a website and I need to file a warranty claim through USPS. I now have $700 worth of mostly working hardware.
