Do you get what you pay for? Still, the price of this skirt is a bit high. The material is described as "liquid" but it's a regular cotton/polyethylene/spandex material (I don't remember the actual material but it is). If you wanted to wear pantyhose with her, she would definitely be clingy, but this is a regular bare-legged summer skirt. Many colors to choose for skirt OK. The size was about right. I would not buy this particular one again. My old sea skirt from many years ago was of the best quality.
