Review on πŸ–ΌοΈ Transform Your Walls with the Magic Wall Magnetic Paint Quart Kit - 32 oz by Amy Mcleod

Does exactly what I bought it for

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but this magnetic paint was perfect for my project. It was indeed a splatter, it was difficult to work with and it took several coats to make sure it was as magnetic as I wanted after covering it with chalkboard paint, but it came out great in the end. suggest painting the whole wall with this color, otherwise you will go crazy. My project was a 5' x 2' closet door that I was able to remove and lay flat for the entire project (recommended if possible for your project). The paint is very thick and difficult to apply at temperatures below 60 degrees. I also recommend applying several coats with a brush, sanding very lightly in between and applying the final coats with a foam brush to make them as smooth as possible. The foam brushes that come with the paint are quite small, so depending on the size of your project, you may want to use larger ones. This project took some time and patience but I think it turned out great in the end. As you can see in the photo, the magnetic aspect holds up great even with two coats of chalkboard paint. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to add magnetism to a small area, however I would not recommend it for projects larger than 5x5 feet.

Had to put on 4 coats, but now the bendable people stick to the wall.
