Review on Motorcraft CX1775 Idle Control Motor by Herthoel Yanda

2001 Focus zts- The initial problem was the car would stall at idle. My 1st valve was ordered from a Rockauto brand "stock" box and it did not stabilize idle and was able to hit 50 mph without the accelerator. If the vehicle is disengaged while driving, the vehicle will accelerate to approximately 4500 rpm. It almost killed me because the car was difficult to stop. I then bought a BWD brand valve from Oriellys with similar results. Both valves came with paper seals. Tried with and without toppings. I compared 2 valves and found that this is the same valve. Same stamps, markings, model identifier etc. TPS checked and all sensors affecting vehicle load (HP, fan, temperature sensor) are OK. I ordered this valve and a rubber o-ring that is installed under the valve. The problem is solved, the car drives normally now. This valve was 1/2 the price the dealer gave me.
