First, these test sets cannot be sent in soft-side mailboxes. Received two test kits in a padded mailer and both boxes of test kits have been opened. I ended up missing a small spoon and a pink plastic tip. Luckily I ordered two test kits and was able to combine the two kits into one working test kit. These test kits must be packaged in a sturdy container such as a B. be kept in a box.
