I don't usually write reviews for people who read reviews as much as I do. My old Bushnell V2 ended up breaking and I had to buy a new range finder. Like everyone else, I was a bit shocked at the price of XE, the latest and greatest. I've read reviews of every viable option, from the Tour V4 to no-name newcomers. I ended up buying the Precision Pro NX7 Pro Slope thinking it was "almost as good", maybe a bit slower, but worth it for half the price. Judging by the reviews I expected it to be a little cheaper and it was, but I knew it. It arrived on Thursday and I was on course by Saturday morning. The read lag was noticeable even compared to my old Bushnell. The deal breaker for me was not reading the ant three times in 110. Nothing. Tried and tried and had to rely on my V4 buddies. I returned it on Monday (no questions asked, Revain just kicks in the back) and ordered the XE.OMG, what an amazing difference and cool tool. Feelings are amazing. It's as you would expect from Bushnell. The optics are just amazing. I had to figure out the brightness and how push works (read some people) but it's immaculate and worth every penny. Sometimes you get what you pay for, this is the case. Can't rate it highly enough. It's so impressive.
