Clean rinse. Don't over tighten the plastic nuts that hold them in place or they will snap off

I installed two of them flush where the cigarette lighter and 12v power supply used to be in my 2008 were. Good again, but big are the plastic nuts they use to hold them in place (sandwich between the dash material). You can't overtighten, or they'll just skip the threads and come loose. I wish they were metal or narrower
