Review on 🧁 USA Pan Cupcake and Muffin Pan, Nonstick Coating, 12-Well, Aluminized Steel – Quick Release by Tim Reimann

I am a happy baker! I've been baking for over 50 years and this is the best pan I've ever used. What makes it different? First, the pan is heavier, stronger, and better finished than some of my other pans. Second, I didn't grease the molds (as others have mentioned) and the cupcakes jumped right onto the counter after letting them sit for a few minutes. Finally, I had no conflicting results when comparing cupcakes to each other. While this pan doesn't automatically make you a great baker, it does ensure you get consistent results from batch to batch, and great baking depends in part on being able to consistently produce great results over and over again. Some of the other pans in my kitchen are having serious problems.
