It's absolutely awesome. I went without a lanyard/tether on mine.

This is just awesome. I didn't use a lanyard/tether with my GPS devices for years until I realized: hey, those things are expensive. With the G-SAVR it's as easy to detach the computer from the bike as if it didn't have a lanyard, which is exactly what I want. I have already recommended the G-SAVR to others and will continue to do so.
