Review on Neiko 20754A 3/8” Drill Chuck with 1/4” Quick Change Hex Shank - Transform Impact Driver and Wrench into a Versatile Drill by Kevin Nelson

I bought this to be able to use an impact driver for drilling and also to have the pair of hex bits I need to use regularly with my drill. I know the conventional wisdom is to let the drill do the drilling and let the beat drive the screws, but I've used hex-shank drills and percussion tools for drilling with no problem, and I've often preferred a conventional drill. But I have a lot more regular drill bits than hex bits, so I bought this 3/8 adapter to use with those tools. It is VERY well made and the chuck key ensures that the chuck bites into every drill and doesn't let go. . It fits easily into a 1/4" hex chuck and works very well with both hammers and drill bits. Good product.
