Great Cleaver - my new review
I purchased this cleaver, after breaking one of my good knives trying to break the rib bones of an elk.
While I haven't used yet, the feel, heft, and balance is spot on. I will try it out and post another review.
- It’s very easy to clean and I used to chopped whole chicken and duck.
- The blade of the knife is too thick and inflexible, making it challenging to use for more delicate cuts
