I have used this product 3 or 4 times and gradually mastered it. He has a recipe that works very well when making Waffle Cones. I bought this to make gluten free waffles for me and my daughter. I can say that the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes at least 3 times longer to make a cone than what the instructions say. I recommend storing leftovers in an airtight container.
