Works well if you buy the right adapter separately.
I had to buy a separate adapter to connect the yellow hose to the R1234yf faucet. I contacted the company directly and they said the description of the connectors is correct. As far as I know, the threads for the R1234yf tap are usually different than the threads for the R134a tap. With the right adapter, the tool worked well.
