Bluetooth adapter works great once set up. But setting it up is a major hassle if your computer doesn't have a CD drive (which most computers don't have these days). There are instructions to go to the website to download the driver but then it all falls apart. If you don't have an extract folder app on your computer, the first thing you should do is get one. Then you need to figure out which folder to unzip and which executable to run. I'm sure whoever wrote the instructions is a computer engineer who can figure all this out with no problem, but for someone who knows how to use computers but isn't a "techie" this was a Problem.
