The first is used. That does not work. The second one works

I like this high speed router. Because I just ordered high speed modem service. My old router has a speed of 50-60. This is a new router 300. But the first one I ordered doesn't work. I ordered a second one and it works. —— The first one looks working. All lights are on. But WiFi can't be online. So I have to order another one from the same wifi router but brand new. The new one works fine.
