UPDATE: The company kindly refunded my money and told me to keep the product. I bought a new USB hub from another company and it works great with no connection issues. The company emailed me 6 times to change my rating from 3 stars. So here it is. Rating changed to one star. STOP BIDDING ME. The product had to be returned because it was defective. It works very well. It's easy to disconnect from my laptop's USB ports at the slightest touch or movement. I have tightened the USB connectors and then even swapped the USB connectors and I have to say it has to be the product connector. Very frustrating as my camera, mouse and headset are disabled and distorting my settings. I teach online and this can distract me from the course. I will most likely be buying another product soon as I can no longer risk having my USB devices disconnected during class.
